Your appointment runs the same as any other. We'll prepare a detailed receipt and any documentation your insurer needs.
Submit our paperwork to your insurer and they'll reimburse you directly. We can pre-authorise treatment for higher-value plans on request.

Almost certainly yes. The list above is the most common providers we work with, but we accept most UK and international dental insurance plans. Send us a message with your provider and policy and we'll confirm.
For most plans we work on a pay-and-claim basis: you pay the clinic and submit the receipt to your insurer for reimbursement. For some Bupa, Denplan and AXA plans we can bill directly, just ask.
All major debit and credit cards (including American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. We also offer 0% interest-free finance for treatments over £500, subject to status.
Yes. We offer interest-free finance plans (0% APR) over 6 or 12 months for treatments over £500. Application takes about 5 minutes and you get a decision instantly.
We are a private clinic and don't currently hold an NHS contract. If you need NHS care we're happy to recommend nearby practices.
