Aftercare
Written instructions, pain management advice, and review if healing needs checking, most sites settle within one to two weeks.

We examine the tooth, discuss alternatives, and explain fees and sedation options, you decide when to book treatment.

Treatment day: Anaesthetic & confirmation
Local anaesthetic is given; we wait until you're fully numb before proceeding, no extraction begins until numbness is confirmed.

During procedure: Extraction
The tooth is removed under local anaesthetic (and sedation if arranged). Most appointments take 30–45 minutes.

After treatment: Written aftercare & review
Follow aftercare instructions. We review if needed and discuss implants, bridges or dentures if you want to replace the tooth.

The area is numb during treatment; soreness afterwards is managed with standard pain relief and our aftercare advice.
How long is recovery?
Most people return to normal activities within a few days; full socket healing takes longer.

Can I drive after sedation?
No. You need an escort and must not drive for 24 hours after IV sedation.
