Founder & Principal Dentist
Dr Rena Uberoi received her dental qualifications from the prestigious Guy's Dental Hospital, London, in 1993. Over an illustrative career of more than three decades in general dentistry, she has been aiding patients with their dental problems and concerns. Dr Uberoi has a special interest in the field of functional aesthetics, which gives her a unique understanding of the importance of a good-looking and functioning smile.
Rena has completed an extensive training program from The Aesthetic Advantage course in New York as well as from the Stockport IPSO Dental Group for occlusion-specialised training. Her most recent specialization has been through the Dawson Academy in the UK, helping her bring forth the idea of complete dentistry in her practice.
In addition, she is one of very few dentists trained in the use of a digital bite analysis machine called a Tekscan. Bite problems, bruxing, clenching and TMJ problems are a special interest to Rena, and most of her practice is based in making such patients feel better through extensive evaluations and comprehensive care. Rena is passionate about providing personalized care and customized dental solutions to each of her patients, helping them attain confidence and certainty in their smiles.
A single dental care session with Rena is enough for anyone to comprehend the depth of her expertise. At the same time, she is always patient and takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns, so they can feel right at home. Implantologist & Cosmetic Dentist
Dr Evangelos Anagnostopoulos has a special interest in implants and surgical procedures. He qualified from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1992. During the same year, he began his postgraduate studies alongside clinical practice in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the esteemed Evangelismos University Hospital of Athens.
Dr Anagnostopoulos also received a Master's degree in Implant Dentistry in 2018 from the University Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. A warm and kind-hearted person with an eternally positive outlook, he is currently focused on full arch rehabilitation of malocclusion using the latest digital solutions in tandem with implant technology. Evangelos believes that patients do not necessarily have to go through long-winded procedures, and the same results can be achieved with brief treatment protocols. Rest assured that he will always have your best interests in consideration.
As a part of his military service, Dr Anagnostopoulos joined the dental department at 251 General Hospital for the Hellenic Air Force in 1994. The following year, he registered with the GDC in London and began his illustrative career as an associate dentist. Over the next decade, he worked in association with two dental clinics and has continuously strived to update his knowledge and expertise in all fields of clinical dentistry.
Dr Anagnostopoulos completed a two-year diploma course in implant dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons, London, and has obtained an MSc in Implant Dentistry at RCS, London and URJC, Madrid. His primary interest remains implant and cosmetic dentistry, and he actively engages with every patient to give them the best standard of evidence-based treatment and clinical care.

Dr Susan Tan qualified as a dentist from the University of Western Australia and trained for a significant amount of time in Australia as well. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of general dentistry, Susan has been consistently helping families in London with their dental problems and issues.
Dr Tan is passionate about dental healthcare, and this shows in the quality of her treatment, whereby her patients keep coming back to her even after relocating out of London or going abroad. Her patients often refer to her by word of mouth itself, and thus we find her treating second and even third-generation patients.
Susan is also proficient in modern digital dental innovations and technologies, as she keeps her knowledge and skills regularly updated, the most recent one being biomimetic resin restorations. She abides by the same principles as the rest of the team and believes in providing personalized solutions for each patient to meet specific needs and requirements.
Associate Dentist · General & Cosmetic
Dr Ramesh Siva, a graduate of Edinburgh University in 1993, brings extensive experience and expertise as both a general and cosmetic dentist. In 2004, he completed one of the country's first comprehensive dental implant certification courses at Wimpole Street. With additional training in both the US and UK in cosmetic and implant dentistry, Dr Siva has successfully placed over 4,000 implants and currently serves as a mentor for the Cambridge Dental Implant Diploma course.
Ramesh has been a certified Invisalign provider for 18 years and is an accomplished cosmetic dentist, holding full membership with the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists. His exceptional knowledge, skill, meticulous attention to detail and empathic nature have earned him many long-term patient relationships. Some have been under his care for over 25 years, and patients have left glowing reviews on dental practice websites and Doctify.

Janet Penny is our Treatment Coordinator here at This Is It. Equipped with an experience of over 30 years in the field of dentistry, she is uniquely equipped to handle any concern that our patients may have or problems they may be wary of. A former associate of the president of the American Dental Society, she has also worked with several prominent dentists and dental practices on Harley Street. Her wide experience comprises managing dental clinics, implant companies and even surgical nursing.
As an important part of our team, Janet embodies the philosophy of our clinic, making sure that all our patients receive the best medical help and care, so they too can feel, indeed, This Is It! Whether it be comforting patients with a dental phobia, or taking some time to ease your nerves, Janet is always there to help you feel safe and secure, so your experience is always positive and stress-free.
